“Tried for the first time a few days ago. It was very good. (I got the chicken tenders.) I ordered via the app for pickup, then chose to eat there. (I had a coupon I wanted to use for my first order.) My only complaint is that there was way too much ice in the drink. (It was at least 2/3 ice.) I wish there was a way to customize the amount of ice in the app. (i.e. lite ice) When paying for 20oz of soda (or whatever size), you really should be getting close to that, after putting in a reasonable amount of ice.“

“This place is always packed! Very popular here in SF. I had the chicken bacon sandwich for first time along with new dr pepper shake. It was very delicious. The parking is the only negative thing since cars in the double lane drive thru can stop any traffic from getting out for those parked in little parking lot who are inside the restaurant. And it's at entrance of a strip mall so heavy traffic in and heavy traffic out. Bottlenecks due to the intersection and entrance to the empire mall.“

“Charlie is such a great person, very helpful and personable. I don't mind going out of my way to this KFC. Came here the other day because they're open an hour later than the 10th St. location. Had a slight issue with my order, and Charlie handled it perfectly. Not giving away anything, but doing just enough to be fair and resolve the situation, with a great attitude and efficient yet friendly manner.

Also, the comeback sauce is stellar, especially with the tenders 👏“

“Super busy today and when I made it to pick I my online order I had to wait a little to get it. Someone did acknowledge me, but as I thought about it—the order was ready and since I was at the register they should’ve also asked if I had a pickup order. (Reason why I ordered that way was to beat the line right) Anyway only one complaint—They didn’t have any one at the registers and other customers were using the kiosks. Good thing my delivery destination was only 5 minutes away and the food was still hot and delicious.“
