My first time trying Slim Chickens was this location and I returned the next day for dinner, and then several more times over the next few weeks. The woman working the counter the first night recognized me the next night, which was really nice!
I used to work here, terrible crew members to work with ? for the most part, yet Gilbert the owner is great. Gilbert travels from store to store working and checking in on the operation a true hands on owner. The GM Bailey is also very good at her job and was right in the middle of the kitchen 95 degrees 9 months pregnant, her two assistants also know the operation very well and do great. The food is always good, They change the oil three times a day and it makes a difference....read full review
