Worst experience ever. Went in today 4-12-24 at 2:10pm. The person taking orders was unbelievably rude. Went to window to pay and wanted to add something. "We can't take orders at window" in a very snarky tone. YOU ARE LITERALLY A DRIVE UP FOOD PLACE, there was no one behind me. Could have easily added it to order or made another order right there! And then she handed me the 3 slushies and a sundae (a very sad pathetic sundae) without offering a drink carrier. So I asked for one...read full review
Came with the family to have a nice lunch, everything was good except they forgot to give us one drink, and when asked for extra strawberries for the master shake, got extra cherries instead and almost no strawberries, the shake was watery as well as not well made. This is not the first time, every time I have stopped here they mess up on my order by forgetting one or two items or the food made very sloppy, I know it's fast food but there is a boundary between simple to sloppy....read full review
