I had a surprisingly great experience at Crumbl this morning! The two young women and the young man working were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their customer service really stood out—they were friendly, upbeat, and made the whole visit enjoyable.

It’s not something I usually say about a cookie shop, but this was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. The team created such a positive atmosphere, and it definitely made me want to come back.

The ice cream treats are fantastic and the staff is very friendly and cheerful which makes for a very nice atmosphere when combined with family and friends sitting outside and enjoying good food. The first time we went here Michelle ordered a large strawberry cone and I a cup of ice cream. Her ice cream cone was so tall I didn't think she would get it through the window. I was so sad that I had to help her eat some. :) Recently I branched out from ice cream and tried a burger and fries. Delicious! Keep up the good work, Milkyway. We love you!“

“Super good frozen yogurt and a good variety of ingredients. I think the pricing is pretty fair. I'd rather pay 7 dollars for a bowl of fro-yo than a venti coffee. The staff don't interact too much, but that's understandable as it is completely self serve“

“Culver’s on Louise Avenue is one of my favorite fast-food restaurants in Sioux Falls. The service is consistently quick, the food tastes great, and the restaurant is always clean and well maintained.

One of the things I like most about Culver’s is their frozen custard. In my opinion, they have some of the best soft-serve-style ice cream available at a fast-food restaurant. It’s always a treat to finish a meal with custard.

I also appreciate their children’s meals, which include a drink and a free scoop of frozen custard. It’s one of my grandchildren’s favorite places to go for lunch, and they always look forward to the ice cream that comes with their meal.

“Hands down, this is one of the best cold stone sites I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Great customer service!

The website was having an issue with delivery and i wasn’t able to come in and pick it up since I’m putting an order in from a different state, i called in and the staff members were eager to help and they really took care of me. The manager that I spoke with willingly took the order and personally offered to deliver it herself.

The cake came in great and they followed the instructions that came with it. The service is definitely an 11/10!“
