“Service here can be slow at times.... Sometimes ridiculously slow. I understand that they are short staffed (like everywhere) and that is what accounts for it I'm sure. That being said, I usually order ahead on the mobile app and pick it up through the drive through. The food is always good and hot and the ice cream is not melty. All around good experience considering what is going on in the fast food industry these days.“

The options are different almost every time I visit and ranges from a large variety of freshly baked cookie based desserts to the perfectly sized mini cakes. Highly convenient with a drive thru and you can get a free cookie on your birthday if you sign up for their points club. “Ate at Freddy's on a busy Friday evening. Food was excellent, the Freddy's fries are perfectly salted and my hot dog was delicious. The cashier was very professional (Dreyden F) and the young man I assumed was the manager was perfect. Very engaging personality, asked where we were from, etc. Promotes the Freddy's brand with a great deal of enthusiasm!!! We will definitely come back when we are in town again!“

“Custard with the grandkids was the goal, and we scored! It was a little off though. Our eldest granddaughter wanted the double strawberry flavor of the day. The display has it pictured as a pink custard with strawberries blended in. I knew vanilla and chocolate are the bases, but thought they had a way of blending it. She got strawberry-topped vanilla. I took it back up to inquire about the obvious and was simply told that vanilla and chocolate are the only options.“
