I had a surprisingly great experience at Crumbl this morning! The two young women and the young man working were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their customer service really stood out—they were friendly, upbeat, and made the whole visit enjoyable.

It’s not something I usually say about a cookie shop, but this was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. The team created such a positive atmosphere, and it definitely made me want to come back.

“The customer service was great even though it was within about 30 minutes or so of their closing time. I only gave 4 stars not because of the people working and the clean store it is honestly I think the cookies are on the expensive side and is something I can only grab for some special occasions. I wish they had more promotions to make it more affordable. I understand the prices come down from corporate and it’s not the store’s fault. The store was clean and the staff was super friendly and attentive to me!“

The ice cream treats are fantastic and the staff is very friendly and cheerful which makes for a very nice atmosphere when combined with family and friends sitting outside and enjoying good food. The first time we went here Michelle ordered a large strawberry cone and I a cup of ice cream. Her ice cream cone was so tall I didn't think she would get it through the window. The website was having an issue with delivery and i wasn’t able to come in and pick it up since I’m putting an order in from a different state, i called in and the staff members were eager to help and they really took care of me. The manager that I spoke with willingly took the order and personally offered to deliver it herself.

The cake came in great and they followed the instructions that came with it. The service is definitely an 11/10!“
