It is hit and miss. Sometimes they are quick other times they take their time.
It's always tough on service at just about any fast food place in my opinion when you're dealing with teenagers you've got ones that will see you and actually want to take care of you and take your order and then you'll have others that stand around and just kind of stare at you and you'll have to say can I get some help that's why I rate the service at a medium
Had a mobile order; had to wait 10 to 20 minutes as I was in line in the drive-through. By the time I got my food, my french fries were stone cold. Nothing like cold french fries. Also got a chili cheese dog that most of the cheese was all over the box and not on the dog. I’ll think twice about going to this DQ again..
