The customer service was great even though it was within about 30 minutes or so of their closing time. I only gave 4 stars not because of the people working and the clean store it is honestly I think the cookies are on the expensive side and is something I can only grab for some special occasions. Crumbl is a great place for a special occasion dessert, bad day treat, or anything worth celebrating. The cookies never disappoint and are fantastically good, with a freshness of ingredients that is truly tasty. The options are different almost every visit, ranging from a large variety of freshly baked cookie based desserts to perfectly sized mini cakes. The portions are generous, and one cookie or mini cake is sufficient for two desserts or can be split between two people. The place is highly convenient with a drive thru, and customers can get a free cookie on their birthday by signing up for the points club. Service is always courteous and cheerful, with accurate orders and on-time delivery. Parking is fine with plenty of spots in the front and side, and the store is wheelchair accessible at ground level. It is also kid-friendly, as children will love it for a special treat.
