Kenny is absolutely fantastic. I threw my invisalign in the trash on accident and he immediately stopped me from grabbing it, put on gloves, and recovered them himself. DAIRY QUEEN CORPORATION if you can read this, give this man a raise.
Got a s’mores blizzard tonight 9pm so good toppings was busting out the blizzard! So good!
Doordashed a Number 9 with Cheese Curds, turned out to be a Flamethrower (gross) and Fries (even though it said Number 9 with cheese curds on the receipt). Actually disappointed, but I was still craving that Number 9!! Days later my brother comes home with DQ, and my Number 9 isn't the defaulted double patties, it's just a single. Paid for a double. How man. How is that even possible? 😭 Are y'alls employees okay? Where's the quality control?

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill provides a good experience despite occasional slow service due to staffing issues. Orders can be placed ahead through the mobile app for a convenient pickup at the drive-thru. The food is consistently hot and delicious, and the ice cream is always fresh. The staff, although still learning, are eager to help and ensure customer satisfaction. The new location is spacious and clean, with friendly cashiers who go the extra mile to get orders right. While there may be occasional issues, the staff are willing to remake orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill serves great food and ice cream, including their famous Blizzards.
