“I usually love coffea. I think the coffee is great. But you need to figure out a better system with your drive thru on Louise Ave. I’ve left the drive thru twice because it’s taken so long. There were four cars ahead of me today and I waited for longer than 15 minutes before I was able to exit the drive thru without ordering. There were still 2 cars ahead of me when I exited. I imagine it would have taken more than 30 minutes to get my coffee in a drive thru if I had stayed. I don’t mind a wait if I’m sitting down in a coffee shop, but at a drive thru I do expect faster service.“

We normally went to the east side location by taco johns but it closed, and anytime we come in we ask for extra toppings and no one really does that for us , but last night I asked amd she went above and beyond and made them beyond perfect!! 🤩“

“Absolutely love Scooters Coffee, however, I was very disappointed to hear that the location across from Jefferson High School is going to be drive-thru only. I would think with the School right there it would be set up like the 41st street location with a conference room.“

The restaurant was clean, the pricing was reasonable, and the fresh bread was honestly delicious. I loved hearing that they make their bread in house. The sandwiches were great too!

They also have a super cute little river patio area that would be perfect for coffee meetings or just relaxing for a bit. A friend of mine comes here often to work on her laptop using the WiFi and has always had great experiences as well.

“5 stars for the 2 ladies working in the Starbucks in the Hyvee. They couldn’t redeem my sister’s birthday drink points (her app froze and when she went back in she couldn’t get her free birthday drink), but they were kind and gave advice, so we ordered from them just because of their kindness.There was also a funny incident where my sister thought my mocha was hers when they asked if we wanted whipped cream, and my sister got so excited about it that they asked her if she wanted it on her drink too lol then she realized but was still happy that they asked just because she was so excited.Thank you ladies! We sat at a lovely sunny table outside and the executive chef came out to meet us and asked great questions to really understand our preferences and suggested to make a dish from scratch for us. When the dish was delivered it was AMAZING and really felt like it was made by someone who understands flavor and dietary restrictions at the same time. The dish was delicious and creative and looked and tasted so great. We appreciate the attention and understanding and the good food ❤“
