This was my first time eating at Shalom and first time ever eating Ethiopian Food. Seble was so incredibly friendly, kind, inviting, and passionate! You can taste the love she has for feeding people through her food. Ethiopian food may be my new favorite cuisine all thanks to the incredible experience at Shalom!
While passing through South Dakota on a family road trip, we came across Shalom Coffee House & Restaurant, and I’m so glad we decided to stop. It was such a wonderful surprise!
We ordered the Awaze Tibs and Shiro, and oh my goodness both were absolutely delicious! The Awaze Tibs was definitely our favorite. It was full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly tasty.
