“First of all it's organic Fair trade coffee y'all and it is delicious and no pesticides. And they come from small batch roasters. With that being said I'm surprised at the affordability. Much cheaper than Starbucks and most coffee shops I've visited in Sioux Falls. The owner runs it and his customer service is impeccable. I prefer Mom and Pop places. I've had a couple of different selections of coffee drinks and drip coffee is also really delicious. He also has some home baked goods that are also cheap and delicious. This place is awesome but it's only drive thru. Go check it out“

“My sister and I tried La Luna yesterday for the first time. I had the dirty chai latte and the apple pie waffle with fruit and my sister mentioned it was my birthday and we were brought out a complementary (warm) strawberry pastry, which was absolutely delicious!! “I usually love coffea. I think the coffee is great. But you need to figure out a better system with your drive thru on Louise Ave. I’ve left the drive thru twice because it’s taken so long. There were four cars ahead of me today and I waited for longer than 15 minutes before I was able to exit the drive thru without ordering. There were still 2 cars ahead of me when I exited. I imagine it would have taken more than 30 minutes to get my coffee in a drive thru if I had stayed. I don’t mind a wait if I’m sitting down in a coffee shop, but at a drive thru I do expect faster service.“

They were out of the ingredients to make one of the sandwiches. We purchased coffees, a scone and a chocolate chip cookie- which my daughter said was “amazing “. They only had one sugar free option for the coffee- vanilla.

“I was here for the first time. I loved Caribou Coffee when I lived in Northern Minnesota. The food is so so. The coffee is awesome. Rich, flavorful but none of the acid other chains have that kills the stomach. Instead of drive thru, I parked and walked in to stretch my legs. “The gentleman that took my order was very helpful and accommodating. When I got up to the window he noticed I had my dog and offered to make a pup cup. I told him if it was a small one. He made one for my pup and even asked if it was small enough before giving it to him. He also made the best iced white mocha I have ever had!“

“It’s a drive thru so atmosphere isn’t really a thing but the staff has good energy and is quite friendly. We visit from out of town every couple months and have received vastly different versions of the same order. Yesterday orders were under flavored; my latte had too much milk for the amount of espresso and my wife’s vanilla latte had zero vanilla flavor. Previous visits were much better so it may be due to a recipe change or distraction. There was a bee swarm in the area affecting staff and customers yesterday, hopefully no harm to peoples or bees, but it was a disappointing visit.“

The restaurant was clean, the pricing was reasonable, and the fresh bread was honestly delicious. I loved hearing that they make their bread in house. The sandwiches were great too!

They also have a super cute little river patio area that would be perfect for coffee meetings or just relaxing for a bit. A friend of mine comes here often to work on her laptop using the WiFi and has always had great experiences as well.
