I really appreciated the kind customer service from the assistant manager, Griffin. My drink was made incorrectly in the drive-thru and I went back a little while later as I didn't notice it at first and had to bring my kids to practice. When I went back to see if they could fix it, he didn't question me at all, he was very polite, apologized, and made me a brand new drink. I don’t personally drink coffee, but we left Sioux Falls for the morning my wife there’s a coffee drinker and I needed something to pick me up so she got me a double espresso on a caramel macchiato you got me jacked up it was made perfectly
