Based on the reviews, Hardee’s is a fast food restaurant with friendly service and hot food. The staff are often described as super sweet, amazing, and more than accommodating. One manager named Les solved a problem with an app promo, creating a great experience. Another manager checked on customers to see that everything was OK. The staff remember regular customers and their service dogs.
The food gets mixed reviews. The strawberry and lemon biscuits smelled divine, and without the white frosting/glaze, the lemon is the star and the biscuit is moist and very tasty. However, the biscuits and cinnamon roll had way too much white frosting/glaze that tasted like pure sugar, making them way too sweet. The cinnamon roll was soft and warm but had the same problem. The Mushroom and Swiss Burger Combo was incorrect, as the customer received a Bacon Burger instead. The Curly Fries were also wrong, replaced with original fries. The hot ham and cheese is a standout item. The French fries are second to none, with a crispy-crunchy outside and soft, hot inside. The biscuits and gravy bring back memories for customers from the south. The food is always hot, and the drive through is pretty fast.
