I frequent Scooter’s a lot due to their quick service and phenomenal food and coffee. Their new Autumn Caramel Crunch has become a quick favorite of my fiancé’s and mine. I went once after we received coupons as a welcome for moving into our home. I wasn't impressed by the taste. Yesterday, I went in and used a free coupon to get a small drink. I asked the young lady if I could get decaf coffee, sugar-free hazelnut flavoring (which isn't shown on the website menu), almond milk, and something cold. Love this Scooter's Coffee! The staff is very friendly and if any issues does occur management is great at making it right.The only down fall is being right across the high school, BUT they do a great job trying to keep on top of the store without impacts for others. So kudos to them keeping the store in line.
