Arrived around 9am, no one there. Ordered on the kiosk and received my order quickly. The steak egg cheese bagel was the best I ever had, yum😋

McDonald's offers a new service style, where orders are placed through kiosks, minimizing contact. However, the service is limited to bringing orders to the table or a shelf for takeout. The chicken nuggets were disappointing, being dry and hard. Despite a short wait, the hash browns were lukewarm and not up to standard. On a positive note, the McGriddles were delicious. The small hamburgers with chopped onions and a hot pickle smothered in ketchup really hit the spot. They also got a hot apple pie. Service was really slow and they didn't give us our coffees for over 10 minutes. They seem to have been just sitting on a shelf in the back. Also, they were not marked so they didn't know which had sugar and which had only creamer. The overall experience at McDonald's was mixed, with a need for improvement in food quality and service efficiency, as customers waited their entire lunch break only to be asked if they only got the burgers when they got a full meal.
