Starbucks Coffee Company

We just stopped in Starbucks inside Hy-vee to start our loooong journey back to Alabama. We had the most personable, kind guy take our order. His name is Jakob. I just wanted to take the time to recognize him and let everyone know what a great employee you have on staff!! I wish everyone we come in contact with, not just when ordering coffee but everyone everywhere, had his pleasant personality. Thank you, Jakob.

I just wanted to say, I stopped here before a night shift. I was very tired and had a very bad day. I decided to treat myself to a chocolate croissant. I got the last one of the day and it was even warmed up. I don't know if that's just their policy and it may seem silly but you have no idea how much I needed that so thank you, kind folks of MN ave starbucks. You made my day with that simple act.

Using the new app. I order just before I leave and when I get there it is ready to be picked up! So easy and convenient and to my specific wants! Love this place!
