Somehow, we find ourselves forgetting what we thought about Severance Brewing until the next time we walk in. That's crazy to me because it's definitely my top pick for the Sioux Falls stops.

There is plenty of natural light. The music is good. The ambiance clean & fresh without feeling sterile/ generic or uninviting. The staff know their products & the selections are solid.

The cheeky brew based on the 1 star review shows the playful side, despite the pettiness. Perhaps, that's the key to seeing Severance into my memory. Of course, we purchased cooler beers this time... soon to be couch beers or camping beers.“

The store closes at 9:00 pm but they kindly waited for me until 9:30 pm and still gave me my order I really appreciate their excellent customer service and kindness.The food quality was also excellent and very delicious.
