Somehow, we find ourselves forgetting what we thought about Severance Brewing until the next time we walk in. That's crazy to me because it's definitely my top pick for the Sioux Falls stops.

There is plenty of natural light. The music is good. The ambiance clean & fresh without feeling sterile/ generic or uninviting. The staff know their products & the selections are solid.

The cheeky brew based on the 1 star review shows the playful side, despite the pettiness. Perhaps, that's the key to seeing Severance into my memory. Of course, we purchased cooler beers this time... soon to be couch beers or camping beers.“

“Love barcades, really always a nice touch when a downtown has one conveniently located. We spent around 60 minutes and had played everything, I wish the place was bigger, that’s the only con here. We’ve been spoiled by “up-downs” in other cities. We planned coming here as a majority of our night out and were surprised at how small it is. They make do with the space, some really cool games, a nice bar and a youngish crowd. We arrived and it was quiet, by the time we left at 830 it was getting crowded, which would have made it less enjoy. I hope they can find space to expand! Staff was awesome, place is clean. Worth your time and support!“
