It's more about the patio overlooking the falls and the location than it is the food which is only fair at best. The people working there are nice though. It's basically self-service for the most part
The flatbread pizza and cuban were really good. The building is beautifully restored with great views. The ice cream was the star though. Possibly the best ice cream I have ever had.

Falls Overlook Cafe at Sioux Falls is a must-visit spot, offering a variety of menu choices for everyone. Enjoy the beautiful view of the falls while dining, and take a stroll around the area before or after your meal. The cafe provides delicious non-dairy treats like the refreshing Strawberry Sorbet, and different soups, sandwiches and desserts. It is a good spot to stop and grab a bite while taking in the view of the falls. There's ample indoor seating, for those inclement weather days, and outside seating too. The path to the park is connected to this establishment, making a post meal walk very easy. The people did an incredible job with being flexible, cost effective, and so accommodating to hopes for events. The space and service for guests was outstanding. Make sure to stop by any time of the year for a memorable experience.
