Stopped by to grab some food and got the grand combo with salad bar. Server explained they were out of onion rings and explained they would be replaced with french fries which no biggie. I definitely got full of it and salad bar. Server was amazing and made sure everything was great and even the manager stopped by to make sure all was good. Very unprofessional and act like the customers are an inconvenience. Disappointed in how they chose to substitute fries when out of other items.
