We usually love Texas Roadhouse but when we ate here on 12/31/2021 at 1:30. We waited an hour(which we expected) and then when we did get called.. the person(who was not very welcoming) took us to our table and was going to seat us up by the bar(which we hate) I asked her if we might be seated in another area but she said no.. now my husband went to the rest room where he counted 25 open tables. We had an amazing experience with Joe John as our waiter, I can’t say enough good things. We had a long wait after our reservation was “ready,” and he was so accommodating to help our group with ordering, keeping kids happy and fed, refills, making sure our tickets were correct with coupons, and was so amazingly pleasant and friendly. If every server was like him, I would go out to eat more often. He deserves a raise and a management position. All thumbs up for Joe John!
The food is always great , love the atmosphere but the greatest was my waitress Kayla !
She was ABSOLUTLEY the best waitress I’ve ever had .
I live 5 hours away and would drive there for dinner if she was working any day !
