“I stopped here for a coffee drink and enjoyed it. I had the caramel crunch frappuccino, which was very sweet.The location definitely seems like it is mainly for drive through or takeout business, and did not really have any character inside. There is seating, though, just nothing overly comfortable. I would definitely get coffee to go from here, though.“

“After a night in Rapid City, South Dakota, this Hilton Garden Inn in Sioux Falls was akin to the Garden of Eden. Sioux Falls is a growing and happening city, and the hotel represents this burgeoning town well. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and will meet your needs. The location, along the river, 15 minutes from the Falls, is fantastic. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We walked our dog along the river and fell in love with the new development in Sioux Falls. I understand why this is the fastest growing city in South Dakota. Noticing the large crowd in the hotel's restaurant CRAVE, I assumed it must be very good.The Hilton Garden Inn, located in downtown Sioux Falls, is perfect for enjoying this developing city.“

They couldn’t redeem my sister’s birthday drink points (her app froze and when she went back in she couldn’t get her free birthday drink), but they were kind and gave advice, so we ordered from them just because of their kindness.There was also a funny incident where my sister thought my mocha was hers when they asked if we wanted whipped cream, and my sister got so excited about it that they asked her if she wanted it on her drink too lol then she realized but was still happy that they asked just because she was so excited.Thank you ladies! “I went through the drive-thru and was promptly greeted. I asked if they had the White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew and she said unfortunately they didn't due to it being a seasonal item BUT she said they could make something similar with toffee. So I told her I would try that. I was then greeted by Mack at the window and she was super friendly and asked what I had going on for the day, etc. She then handed me the drinks and I went on my way. When I tell you this was the BEST drink I have had from a Starbucks in recent memory, I am not exaggerating. It was DELICIOUS. The only sad thing is I am not sure what she all put in it to make it so I probably won't ever be able to have it again.“

I live AND work in Tea but drive all the way over here every morning to get my drink because they make it PERFECT every-time! And if it’s not quite right by chance- they remake it NO PROBLEM. “A Welcoming Oasis at the Lyon Ave. StarbucksAfter some truly unpleasant experiences at other businesses in the Lyon Ave area, it was an absolute relief to visit the Starbucks and receive a respectful, friendly experience from start to finish.From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly by the baristas. There was no hostility, no harassment tactics, just a simple, pleasant customer service interaction as it should be. What a refreshing change of pace!I decided to try one of their seasonal drinks - the lavender oat milk latte. The barista took my order politely and even double checked when I requested a milk substitution to coconut milk instead of the standard oat milk. No problem at all.While I'm not 100% certain I received the lavender latte I ordered based on the flavor, the drink I got was still delicious. The coconut milk gave it a wonderfully rich and creamy taste with just a hint of floral essence. Even if it wasn't quite what I asked for, I thoroughly enjoyed it.More importantly, I was able to relax in the cafe after receiving my drink without any unnerving distractions or obnoxious behavior from the employees. I sat peacefully enjoying my beverage without ever feeling rushed, mocked, or uncomfortable in any way. What a simple luxury these days!The Lyon Ave. Starbucks may seem unassuming, but it was truly an oasis after the demeaning treatment I'd received elsewhere. The staff's friendly demeanor and respect for customers' time and experience made it a literal breath of fresh air.In a time where some businesses are developing toxic, unethical practices to harass patrons out the door, it's so appreciated to have a place like this Starbucks. reassuring reminder that awesome customer service still exists.
