“Good service nice people even though one of us messed my order up. me forget to tell them are they accidentally didn't hear me and forgot to put it on my order but nobody's perfect it's when you go to a place time after time and they keep doing the same thing every time and don't do anything to better it. No problems with this Burger King so far.“
“I wish I had caught her name, but I wanted to take a moment to pay a compliment to a member of your staff. I went through the drive through early afternoon on 4/9/24 and had such a positive interaction with the lady working the window. She saw my name when she took my card for payment and addressed me by name as she wished me a good day. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to me! I feel like it’s so hard in the service industry (especially in a few minute interaction in the drive-through line) to connect with people and she did that! I was touched and have never had that happen that I can recall in my lifetime. I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her excellent customer service and for making a quick interaction feel personal and human.“
“I generally order the Whopper or Whopper Junior. The hamburgers are always taste and the lettuce, tomato, and onion are always fresh. The sauce is tasty and doesn't overpower the sandwich. The fries, shakes, and pies are also very good tasting.“
“Went for the dbz meal. I could tell our food was made fresh! There was steam coming off each item! The store was decorated, even a painted goku on the window. They gave my son come crayons and coloring pages. Only issue was that there was fruit flies all over near the soda machine/ice cream counter in the lobby. Made sure we weren't sitting near there.“
“This visit took an extended time to get our food. When I inquired about the delay I was told, it was a whole 6 minutes and the person shut the window. Um, I was in line for over 15 minutes AFTER I ordered my food at the speaker.
Outside of that - the food was fresh and delicious. I've never had the Big King before and I was pleasantly surprised- yum.“
“This is the best Burger King meal I’ve ever had. Came late at 9pm, they weren’t rude, made everything fresh, and it was made with care you can SEE IT AND TASTE IT. They had a sign that says “work hard play hard” you could see from the drive through. Make sure to play hard you deserve it!“
