“I wish I had caught her name, but I wanted to take a moment to pay a compliment to a member of your staff. I went through the drive through early afternoon on 4/9/24 and had such a positive interaction with the lady working the window. She saw my name when she took my card for payment and addressed me by name as she wished me a good day. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to me! I feel like it’s so hard in the service industry (especially in a few minute interaction in the drive-through line) to connect with people and she did that! I was touched and have never had that happen that I can recall in my lifetime. I wanted to take a moment to thank her for her excellent customer service and for making a quick interaction feel personal and human.“
“I generally order the Whopper or Whopper Junior. The hamburgers are always taste and the lettuce, tomato, and onion are always fresh. The sauce is tasty and doesn't overpower the sandwich. The fries, shakes, and pies are also very good tasting.“
“We stopped by between 7:30/8pm. We placed our order and had 1 sandwich with special requests. We checked our order to see it wasn't what we asked for. We went back in and the manager took great care of us. So much that he remade the whole order!! We were not expecting that, but only the 1 sandwich that was wrong. “This is the best Burger King meal I’ve ever had. Came late at 9pm, they weren’t rude, made everything fresh, and it was made with care you can SEE IT AND TASTE IT. They had a sign that says “work hard play hard” you could see from the drive through. Make sure to play hard you deserve it!“
