“I've been following Gregg's Substation for quite a while on Facebook and FINALLY made the trip to Sioux Falls today to try it. Best cold sub I've ever had. Everything is so fresh and good!! I'm glad I was smart enough to get a big sandwich so I could have it twice. I definitely recommend 100% and I'll definitely be back whenever I get back to Sioux Falls!! Great job!“

Went there for lunch today, he was the only person running the place and he was handling business! He was running his buns off. Did it take a little longer? Well, yes because he was busy with no help. Was it delicious? 100%, yes as it always is. And not just the Philly Cheesesteaks, the Phried Chicken is the best around!

“We've ate at this place a several different times. My wife has a gluten allergy and so we do not eat out much. Jersey Mike's staff is awesome to even the point a lady named Casey called us up to make sure what she put on my wife's sandwich was safe for her to eat. I was more than impressed and it's nice to have a place where we can't eat and not have to worry as much.“

“Me and my family eat there a lot, like every Friday. Most of the time the food us really good well expect the fountain drinks but there is some days where the food could be better. I remember this one day the I got the #1 (my usual) and the bread was really gross and tasted burnt. I got a rootbeer with it and it tasted like watered down rootbeer I was not happy.Another day is when we decided to get it delivered and we don't live that far way, like a good mile but the guy took super long to deliver our food, I mean I get it you have other deliveries but he took over an hour and it said our food was on its way to our house for 30 minutes. So we called and the manager picked up and we told him the situation and he handled it very well and soon our food was there and it was delicious worth the wait ( mostly cause i was supper hungry)“

There is one particular employee that has been working there for years and he always goes above and beyond with his service. He's always smiling, and telling funny jokes. “This subways is awesome. Is clean the manager Jared, José did an outstanding work and attended me with great service. Both of them are awesome employees and if I could I'd totally give 20 stars because my experience here was better than any other subways, in my opinion they should get a raise. Service was quick, fast and served just like I wanted it. Place was clean and super organized, I would most definitely come back to this location that so conveniently is inside walmart. Very attentive and everything was super good.
The bathroom Very very very clean.
The order was quick and everything in the display case looked fresh and delicious.
I am not a lover of sandwiches outside the home (there are things that I only eat at home as a Latina) and I confess that it is my first time in a Subway and it would be good if when saying that it is your first in a store they would guide you on how to order or what's in it.
