“I've been following Gregg's Substation for quite a while on Facebook and FINALLY made the trip to Sioux Falls today to try it. Best cold sub I've ever had. Everything is so fresh and good!! I'm glad I was smart enough to get a big sandwich so I could have it twice. I definitely recommend 100% and I'll definitely be back whenever I get back to Sioux Falls!! Great job!“

“This was the worst Capriotti's I've ever been to in my life, and I've been to several in other states. The sandwich looked nothing like what you guys advertise as it barely had any meat on the sandwich and all it was was a tiny bit of chopped up pieces of ham, half inch pieces at best... that is not a classic Italian sandwich and I've had the sandwich in other states and it was fine. but I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend their place which is really disappointing. It seems Sioux Falls really struggles with their franchises here. Another recommendation is don't put the little bit of meat and cheese on the inside Edge where the two buns connect when you have the bun laid open so you have half the bun on the opening edge that has nothing (at least an inch or more) on it when you fold it in half. you guys sure made up for it for all the lettuce you put on it. that was the bulk of what the sandwich was. your sandwich looks nothing like what you advertise.“

“I loved the cheesesteak. They cook to order and pay attention to your instructions. They toasted the bun . The steak seemed unevenly cut and I loved it . They’d do a lot better in a different location. They stand ready to please . I have nothing but good things to say about them .“

“I had such an awesome experience picking up lunch here recently. The sandwiches are always piled high with fresh ingredients, and the bread was toasted perfectly just how I like it. The staff was super quick and friendly, even though the shop was pretty busy when I walked in. I really appreciate how consistent this place is every time I stop by, and it is honestly one of my favorite spots for a hot sub. I will definitely be back again soon.“

From the moment I walked in, Will greeted me with a genuine, feel-good smile, handed me my two online orders like a pro, double-checked that my beloved Baja Chipotle sauce was on the side, and thoughtfully put my chips in the bag instead of sending me on a scavenger hunt on the way out. Already impressive, right? Oh, but wait—there’s more.

Just before leaving, I realized I needed to make a quick pit stop in the ladies’ room. Cue mild panic when the gentleman ahead of me had the same idea… and there’s only ONE key for both restrooms (because apparently someone thought stealing a bathroom key was a good life choice 🙄). Without hesitation, Will swooped in like a customer-service superhero, came out from behind the counter, and used an employee key to unlock the door for me. This store took the subway name + signature flavors that keeps us coming back beyond just above job well done. Not just the food but the service wasn't sacrificed due to the line out to the door as the 2 employees both have my special needs son the attention his order needed to be comfortable in such a busy setting.
If you're lucky enough to be near this store, ask for Damien, the manager. Doubt you could be in better hands (nor could subway)

Very attentive and everything was super good.
The bathroom Very very very clean.
The order was quick and everything in the display case looked fresh and delicious.
I am not a lover of sandwiches outside the home (there are things that I only eat at home as a Latina) and I confess that it is my first time in a Subway and it would be good if when saying that it is your first in a store they would guide you on how to order or what's in it.

“I go here frequently. The staff are always nice & helpful. The food tastes as it should & is always 'freaky fast'. The restaurant & bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating. The drive-through line is often long at lunch. I recommend going inside to order, or ordering ahead on the app.“
