They won’t allow you to swap out mistakes they made if you order through the app?! Like what sense does that make when it’s your app and you guys made the sub? The service is horrible people are not willing to clean up the mistakes that THEY make! Manager sounds pretty unprofessional.
Quick, fast and Delicious!.
This store took the subway name + signature flavors that keeps us coming back beyond just above job well done. Not just the food but the service wasn't sacrificed due to the line out to the door as the 2 employees both have my special needs son the attention his order needed to be comfortable in such a busy setting.
If you're lucky enough to be near this store, ask for Damien, the manager. Doubt you could be in better hands (nor could subway)

Work next door, and we all live off this subway. It is very hit or miss. I order online and pickup so I don’t have to talk to the employees. They take my 30min break and waste 20 of it talking about things I don’t care about and frankly aren’t always appropriate to talk about in front of customers.
