McDonald's in Sioux Falls

“I mean, it's McDonald's....so pretty status quo. I love the ordering kiosks! I always sit in the play area because my kids are obsessed with it. The playplace appears to be clean and in good condition. I love to just zone out while my kids fly around in the equipment. Food is always delivered to my table so quickly that it startles me. I have never had an issue with wrong orders.“

“The place was very busy, but that is expected for a holiday. Still, they were open which is a huge plus for Easter. We were able to go in, get our order on their self serve kiosk, and sit down. This location has very nice seating, the tables were clean aside from one that had been used just minutes before. The music did not seem obstrusive, considering I do not remember it, and there was a spot for two people in the back corner of the restaurant, which we appreciated as it meant we could talk without worrying others may be bothered by the noise, nor be bothered by noise from others. The food was hot and fast, fries were fresh. I ordered a Big Mac and a Large Fry to go, but we decided to eat inside anyways. Both came hot, and quickly. When I went up to find my order I did struggle for a moment to find it in the side mobile/to go area, but there was someone to help me in less than a minute of looking and point me in the right direction. The customers being loud at one point was the only downside, though I have been here before and normally this is not the case, so it is not something that is an issue with this location often. The food was okay. It was good, of course it being fast food it was pretty greasy and salty, it was worth the price paid for it. The bun looked full, had sesame seeds and was overall not unnapetizing to look at by any means. Atmosphere wise it was okay. It wasn't anything I loved but there wasn't anything I particularly disliked in any way.“

“I swung by here for a quick bite during a road trip and it was exactly what I needed. The food was hot and tasted just like it should, and the drive-thru moved really fast despite there being a decent line. The staff was polite and got my whole order correct on the first try. It’s always nice when you can count on a place to be consistent and quick when you are hungry on the go.“

“This place has a serious on the outside speaker problem. Fix your speaker problem. I can't hear you. I said fix the speaker on the outside. I said fix the speakers so I can hear you. What! I can't hear you. Sorry repeat that again. I said your speaker isn't working.“

“I love to get some McDonald's when I get off long day of work. I like how they play music when I wait for my food to be delivered at the table. I sometimes vibe to the song and make me feel special. Sometime the food can take longer but the people are nice and friendly.“

“Matty and Emily are great. They are respectful and kind. They are the reason I keep coming back.

Also shout out to Paul. Is on the line or kitchen guy. He's actually a funny guy and jokes alot. And yet somehow still efficient.“

“Not sure why so many bad reviews of slow service. I have never waited more then 3 minutes for a meal here. Ive had more issues at other locations. I'm also not a big back so that might be why some of you are waiting a long time for the food.“

“Loud Asian woman appeared to be a manager. However every time she took food out to waiting cars she would smoke a vaping device. She and the others do not acknowledge customers waiting at the register to pay or order items as they walk past you ,see you but don't speak to you unless you wave one over. Could be a lot better if you made changes to the attention to customers and the loud Asian woman smoking.“
