McDonald's in Sioux Falls

“Best McDonald’s in town! 🍟 There might be a little bit of a wait, but it’s totally worth it. The staff is always welcoming, the food is seasoned perfectly, and hands down, they have the best McDonald’s fries every single time! 🙌🍔🍟 not a floppy cold fry in sight.“

“The place was very busy, but that is expected for a holiday. Still, they were open which is a huge plus for Easter. We were able to go in, get our order on their self serve kiosk, and sit down. This location has very nice seating, the tables were clean aside from one that had been used just minutes before. The music did not seem obstrusive, considering I do not remember it, and there was a spot for two people in the back corner of the restaurant, which we appreciated as it meant we could talk without worrying others may be bothered by the noise, nor be bothered by noise from others. The food was hot and fast, fries were fresh. I ordered a Big Mac and a Large Fry to go, but we decided to eat inside anyways. Both came hot, and quickly. When I went up to find my order I did struggle for a moment to find it in the side mobile/to go area, but there was someone to help me in less than a minute of looking and point me in the right direction. The customers being loud at one point was the only downside, though I have been here before and normally this is not the case, so it is not something that is an issue with this location often. The food was okay. It was good, of course it being fast food it was pretty greasy and salty, it was worth the price paid for it. The bun looked full, had sesame seeds and was overall not unnapetizing to look at by any means. Atmosphere wise it was okay. It wasn't anything I loved but there wasn't anything I particularly disliked in any way.“

“I swung by here for a quick bite during a road trip and it was exactly what I needed. The food was hot and tasted just like it should, and the drive-thru moved really fast despite there being a decent line. The staff was polite and got my whole order correct on the first try. It’s always nice when you can count on a place to be consistent and quick when you are hungry on the go.“

“Went for breakfast while the car was in the Honda dealer on 7/15/26 around 8:15am. Not a big fan of the self serve entering orders but am a big fan of their customer service. They treat you with respect, and were extremely friendly. I watched how a couple of the employees were treating customers and I would highly recommend dining in for breakfast anytime. I will definitely be coming back.“

“I love to get some McDonald's when I get off long day of work. I like how they play music when I wait for my food to be delivered at the table. I sometimes vibe to the song and make me feel special. Sometime the food can take longer but the people are nice and friendly.“

“Matty and Emily are great. They are respectful and kind. They are the reason I keep coming back.

Also shout out to Paul. Is on the line or kitchen guy. He's actually a funny guy and jokes alot. And yet somehow still efficient.“

“I’m pregnant and my craving has been a mcchicken with only cheese and fries with a sweet tea. I came in one night and got the wrong order but didn’t notice until I got home. I called and spoke with Shelby the manager and she was the best ! So professional and fixed the problem immediately. Honestly since I’ve been pregnant this has been my go to and no other McDonald’s can do it like McDonald’s on 85th. It’s weird when you’re pregnant you like what you like. Shelby and the two younger guys who bring out the food to the pickup spots are so kind and take pride in their jobs ! Well done“

“Loud Asian woman appeared to be a manager. However every time she took food out to waiting cars she would smoke a vaping device. She and the others do not acknowledge customers waiting at the register to pay or order items as they walk past you ,see you but don't speak to you unless you wave one over. Could be a lot better if you made changes to the attention to customers and the loud Asian woman smoking.“
