“Crappy! Barely busy (maybe 20-25 people) at 1 p.m. and 5 servers working! Still took 15 minutes to get sat at a table by the bus boy. Took another 15-20 minutes to get drinks. Ordered food and then it was almost 45 minutes to get our food (3 of us) and it was so bad we couldn't even eat it. Wanted a manager and got tired of waiting so we paid and left. Don't ever go to the Applebee's in the mall!!!“
“It honestly depends who is working. Sunday night when my husband and I had gone there for a random date night, the person behind the bar seemed a bit, unorganized and wasn't too concern on how service or the food was. And seemed to be a bit impatient and wanting their shift to end. The manger seemed to disappear quite often and when she did appear, she didn't seem like she wanted to be there either. The other female server seemed irritable per the guy behind the bar counter and the manager that was on duty, which I could relate and do not blame her one bit. We waited to be seated for almost 10 minutes, even though several workers saw us standing there. We love Applebee's, but it was a bit unenjoyable with the tension that seemed to be in place that night.“
