Not so, at some of the Sioux Falls stores. Only downside, is the smaller portions of the items compared to what it used to be years ago. “I visited Subway last week and had an excellent experience. The two young men working that evening were very welcoming and provided outstanding service. They prepared my sandwich exactly to my liking it was fresh and delicious. i stopped in around 8:40 p.m. after getting off work, and despite it being later in the evening, they treated me with kindness and professionalism. That level of service can be rare at that time of night, and it did not go unnoticed. Both employees were respectful, attentive, and clearly dedicated to doing their job well. I believe one of the young men’s names was Matthew, though I did not catch the other’s name. They truly deserve recognition for their efforts I believe they would be great candidates for a raise. definitely coming back!”

I had a surprisingly great experience at Crumbl this morning! The two young women and the young man working were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their customer service really stood out—they were friendly, upbeat, and made the whole visit enjoyable.

It’s not something I usually say about a cookie shop, but this was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. The team created such a positive atmosphere, and it definitely made me want to come back.

Highly recommend stopping in—not just for the cookies, but for the excellent service as well!”

We had a reservation for 4 and were promptly seated at our scheduled time, which set the tone for a wonderful evening. The service was truly 5 stars. From the moment we sat down, our waters were brought out right away, and our drinks were exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish exceeded expectations. Our server, Stephanie, was amazing. She gave perfect recommendations, and everything she suggested was spot on. Her service was so attentive and personable; it's been a while since I've had a server that made such an impact. She was truly a gem! Highly recommend!”
