Food is always great....service not so much... the last few times we have placed a mobile for pick up order... we've hardly even been greeted by the person running the register, or even acknowledged that we were even there...
We have had many pleasant experiences here but this evening was different. Ordered a deal through the app and sent my husband to pick it up since I was doing some other things at the moment. One staff brought out the order but before he was "allowed" to pick it up apparently confirmation by another staff, a man, had to be shown for the order - which it wasn't last time I ordered. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes. Be prepared to wait to even order for about 6 minutes. I’ve been to this DQ multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nothing has changed since opening day. Orders constantly wrong, wait times are ridiculous.
