I had a surprisingly great experience at Crumbl this morning! The two young women and the young man working were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their customer service really stood out—they were friendly, upbeat, and made the whole visit enjoyable.

It’s not something I usually say about a cookie shop, but this was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. The team created such a positive atmosphere, and it definitely made me want to come back.

“My girlfriend and I don't go here nearly enough! The place is always busy, and rightfully so. The ice cream treats are fantastic and the staff is very friendly and cheerful which makes for a very nice atmosphere when combined with family and friends sitting outside and enjoying good food. The first time we went here Michelle ordered a large strawberry cone and I a cup of ice cream. Her ice cream cone was so tall I didn't think she would get it through the window. I was so sad that I had to help her eat some. :) Recently I branched out from ice cream and tried a burger and fries. Delicious! Keep up the good work, Milkyway. We love you!“

“I called tonight to complain about not getting the extra cheese I paid for and felt awful soon after... here I am complaining about extra cheese while all of the crew is working hard though covid and doing the best they can and sometimes overwhelmed! “Finally checked out this place after moving here in 2022. Bought a monster chocolate chip shake in the middle of a Saturday afrernoon while it was nice outside. They had a line of cars and got through them fast. Didn't take long to make my order and it was delicious!“

The manager than says loudly to make more because someone (meaning me) had complained about them. Well i did not think it would be such an issue but i guess it was.You can see in my picture the salt was literally falling off. Not sure if i will come back or not.
