Pizza Hut in Sioux Falls

“Ordered to personal boxes and bread sticks. Convenient location but questioned if there was a drive through. No obvious signs to point it out. Service was quick and welcoming. Breadsticks seemed flat and under seasoned and the personal pizzas could have been cooked well done. Boneless chicken bites and fries were good.“

“The crew at this location seems very hardworking, but the manager is next level! He is always hustling and if something happens to our order, he makes it right so we leave satisfied every time. I am always impressed with the customer service at this location.“

“I dash and happened to have ordered here for myself. I had a bit of a health issue and scare so I was late to pick up my order. I called and spoke to the Gm Allan and he said no problem it will be warm when you get here! I arrived before closing and they were so kind and my pizza was delicious and the new crust is perfect. I ended up having to wait in the parking lot for my body to be able to drive. Needless to say I couldn’t work. But when I go here they are have my orders ready. Despite being busy you would not know they just treat you like you are the only person who matters. If you need anything let them know. I don’t get why the negative comments. I personally think some are extremely rude and you should not take it out on them and or give them a second chance. I couldn’t see then laughing at you or being unprofessional. Like I stated here often and not for myself. Happily I will be now!! Wish all my pickups were this easy. Plenary if place to park you are in and out. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.“

“Awesome job guys! It was PACKED in there and they tried their best to get orders out quickly! There was a wait, but I got my food hot AND it was accurate. Cut them some slack, they are people too and they're probably just as overwhelmed as you about wait times and how busy it is. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back! Also, I wanted to give amazing props to Juliet! She took my order over the phone and was really helpful! She was also able to handle a super busy lobby! She was also taking care of checking out customers in the lobby like a boss! She was quick and friendly!“
