Amazing food, better atmosphere, and a wonderful service.
The viatnamese egg rolls were generous with their filling and crisped to perfection, on top of being the best tasting I've had in Sioux Falls yet. The portion size for the main dish (The mixed beef and chicken) was just right for one person and very well balanced in terms of flavor. The portions of meat and veggies were generous and the rice was amazing.

Best chinese in town. The owner is a gem. Very funny and outgoing personality. Somebody is a sour puss. Seriously.
