“I had a lot of trouble getting the app to work for Wendy's new specials so I got a hold of store manager Amy and she made sure I was up and running and was able to place my orders and I really appreciate that. She was friendly and very understanding, If she didn't do that its very possibly be that I would no longer be a customer because I find that stuff very frustrating and not worth the trouble so Wendy Corp should pat Amy on the back for keeping another customer happy and coming back.“
