We were highly impressed.
The burrito I ordered was super bland but the other food was super good. The service was amazing!!
The decor and live plants were lovely and so colorful. The music was very nice and wasn't too loud.
This was our first time here, and we've lived in SF almost nine years. I wish we hadn't waited so long. I've been searching for a great tamale all this time.
The food was hot, the service was timely, and the menu has a large selection. The food was very good, even when we enjoyed the leftovers.

Azteca Mexican Restaurant is a must-visit for authentic Mexican food in Sioux Falls. Known for standout dishes like guacamole, fajita burrito, tacos, and rice and beans, this restaurant offers large portion sizes that are well worth the price. Their salsa, including an extra spicy version, is highly praised by customers. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and features plenty of seating, providing a comfortable dining experience.
The chef receives compliments for the delicious flavors, with many guests enjoying the mango margaritas and cheese enchiladas with queso. While the prices are competitive and chips and salsa are complimentary, some customers have reported issues with service, particularly when the restaurant is not busy. Despite mixed experiences with staff, the overall quality of food is consistently noted as amazing. The restaurant remains one of the top Latino food establishments in the area, making it a great choice for anyone craving authentic Mexican cuisine.
