“I had the Chicken Fajita Burrito which was very good. There was just the right amount of cheese sauce and seasoning and a proper mix of meat with onion tomato and green pepper. The burrito was accompanied by rice and salad. No beans. The serving size was generous and could be split between 2 seniors seeking a full size meal portion.There was no sign advising you to seat yourself or wait. There was no wait staff visible, so i waited a minute before seating myself. A waiter appeared immediately to take my drink order. The drink came immediately as well.The music was a bit loud but on theme.“

“I travel all over the country for work and also work with Hispanics so we're always eating Mexican food somewhere. I can honestly say, this about the best authentic Mexican food I've had in the U.S.You literally have to make yourself stop eating.Sopes we're on point!Only downside is cash only!“

“Case of don't judge a book by it's cover, pulling up through the gravel alley to the front of what looks like an old feed building it gave me second thoughts. The inside has a well loved feel as well. The food and service more than made up for it. We were greeted by a big patient smile as we read through the menu. The food was authentic, fast and delicious. Would certainly recommend to others and would go again.“

“Ordered online. Once we arrived we waited 10 minutes to get to the window with only 1 vehicle infront of us. Waited another 10 minutes once we got to the window. Once we got home (8miles away) realizes they shorted us a drink and a burrito. Only 2 people working. Very slow!“

“I am from a larger city, and accustomed to chain Mexican restaurants. This is a small "mom and pop" (literally) family restaurant. The front of the building is a little tienda that sells imported goods from Mexico. The restaurant is in the back portion of the building. It didn't look impressive, and I wasn't sure what it might be like based on the appearance. Service was quick. The menu was hand-written, which though quaint was also refreshing. I never see hand-written menus anymore. I ordered the chicken quesadilla meal. First an appetizer of tortilla chips was brought out along with some salsa. Though I am ordinarily not much of a fan of salsa, I found their salsa very pleasant and the chips were great. The chips were thick and substantial. I'm not sure if they are made here or bought from a supplier, but they were delicious. The main course, the chicken quesadilla, was served with rice and beans. I often find the rice and beans at Mexican restaurants to be too salty, but these were perfect. The best part of the meal was the quesadilla itself. I don't know what the chicken was marinated in, but it had a faint sweetness to it that really tasted very good. Not being from around here, I don't know if I will visit this city again. If I do, I will return to La Rosita.“

“Absolutely love their steak burritos and steak tacos . Hands down the best Mexican food in Rock valley or anywhere within 50 miles. The service is awesome and the girl that takes my order and gives me my food when I go in,is very sweet and has a beautiful voice with a sexy accent . Love love love this place .“

“We were in town for a band competition and stopped on the way out of town. Our wait was long (30 min) but the 3 young people that were working were run off their feet and did it with a smile. Drive thru was so long and inside full. 3 young kids doing the job of at least 6 or 7 people and I just wanted to let them know they did a great job ?“
