Get there 45 minutes before opening. They only allow 40 diners in at a a time. Bring your own alcohol and tailgate in the parking lot with everyone else. Apps/drinks only on the patio. I had a burger thinking it would be cooked on the same appliance as the steaks. No, it isn't. Cash or check only unless maybe they will let you do dishes.
Atmosphere is kind of frantic because people are lined up waiting for doors to open then pile & rush in once they open. I do like the "hole in the wall" feel, in the middle of nowhere.
Service was good, she was busy so there was some waiting but not horribly so. Very friendly.
I wasn't impressed with the food. We got the prime rib & jumbo shrimp for two. The shrimp was tough, the prime rib was mediocre. The twice baked potato...meh. Nothing...

The aroma outside while waiting, in its self was worth the drive. We missed the prime rib (got to get there Fri for that, we went sat) but the new york strip made up for it. We just love the cozy feel of the place. The only thing missing was some pie for desert. There was 4 of us and everyone had a great meal.
