I know you had so many costumers but the way my family was treated said a lot, every time we come we are treated like we don’t belong, this is my wife favorite restaurant, and we asked for the sirloin to be medium well and it was completely well done, completely disappointing

I have never set foot inside again after the disrespect I and my frail and elderly father-in-law (both veterans) received. Remember, what goes around - comes around. Who are you to tell anyone what they can or cannot order from your menu? Arrogant is what you are, and I even tried to reason with you - waste of time. If you won't make exceptions or listen to reason, why should we when it comes to our review? We've been angry about it for two years but didn't even leave a review until someone else felt impassioned enough to add it after hearing what happened. That should give you an idea of how wrong you were. look at your other reviews and you'll see you need a change of attitude.

How the staff treated my friends dad!!
"We took my 92-year-old, Navy Korean War Veteran Dad to Duffy's in Windom to meet with one of his nieces from Colorado. Dad was eating like a bird by that time - he was very old and very frail and it was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT AND PAINFUL for him to chew his food. It had to be cut into tiny pieces in order for him to be able to swallow it. I tried to order food from off the Children's Menu for my dad. THE WAITRESS WOULD NOT ALLOW IT! Dad had to order a meal from off the regular Menu, which was basically enough food to last him for an entire week, and which he could barely chew. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, HE WAS 92 YEARS OLD!!!
My Air Force Veteran husband and I later returned to Duffy's to speak to the manager. The Manager agreed with the waitress - Dad should not have been allowed to order from the Children's Menu.
I will never eat at Duffy's again. Furthermore if anyone comes to me and asks what Duffy's is all about, I will tell them the truth: They are a Money Hungry, GREEDY Business who does not give a crap about our United States Veterans.
I will tell EVERYONE this story, about how Duffy's in Windom treated my Dad. My Dad has now passed. Rest in Peace, Dad. I HONOR MY RETIRED NAVY VETERAN FATHER. 🇺🇸 ✝️"

Yesterday one of the servers was yelling to a couple that went to eat, apparently there was a minor inconvenient with the payment that they could fix quickly, but the server chose to yelled and rant that they didn’t had money, the lady showed her that in fact she had money in the card and she then lowered her voice a little bit. Is this how you treat your customers? that was beyond disrespectful. i guess that family wont step inside Duffy's ever again, you need to show Duffys employees to be more tactful and respectful.

Hungry travelers with a toy Chihuahua with vet papers in hand and in a closed crate not welcome outside. Would not even have ordered food to go but we were starving. Too hot to leave him in the truck. Thanks a lot. As snotty as she was about it, reveling in her perceived self importance, I wouldn't eat there if I came through with no pets on board.

Hostess was nice. Service is terrible. Took awhile for waitress to come to get drink orders and even longer to place order. Plus, the waitress did not check on how we were doing or got us refills. Did not see her at our table until she gave us the check, horrible service. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, there was nothing buffalo about it and the fries are those fake breaded fries. Definitely not worth the $15. Should have gone to McDonald’s next door. The acoustics in the room they put us in was so bad we could hear all the conversations at the other tables. The soap dispenser in the restroom was in pieces on the counter, asking the question how does the staff wash their hands. Definitely a waste of time and money, will not recommend this dump to anyone.
