Accuracy is TERRIBLE. If you ask for no pickles, you're probably getting pickles. Order a 5 piece chicken? Probably getting 3. Ask for Coke? Get Dr. Pepper. I have learned to only order things they don't have to modify, but now we are also going to have to not order things they have to count, and not order drinks here as well. Absolutely terrible.

I waited and watched my order sit and get cold while front staff who is not able to multitask could not process the fact that he shorted the customer ahead of me French fries, and when I stepped up in and tried to explain the situation to him he looked as if he was not going to give me my order, holding it behind the counter, on top of that my shoes wee sticking the the floor as I walked, as it looked like nobody was in charge. Came through the drive through yesterday during lunch Leroy was in the window he had my order out quick and even made a couple jokes with me in the middle of it. Overall good worker I like his attitude and work ethic

i visited hardee’s yesterday afternoon and hey what can i say! The service was amazing. when i first walked in the young man with a name tag reading “Leroy” was cleaning up the front. He quickly washed his hands and attended to me with a big smile on his face. The food was also brought out to me less than 5 minutes after i ordered. Hot and fresh! 10/10 experience would definitely recommend
