When I talked to the manager, she only gave me $2.50 back and not the extra 5.38 they charged us.
The manager was rude and said she was right but she was wrong. Will never eat there again

There was a few things that we tried to order, but we weren't able to have because they didn't have it. Supposedly, they were waiting for the truck to come the next day. The lady that was running the drive through Had the attitude like she didn't want to be there. She almost seemed irritated that we kept adding to the order and kept having to rechoose because the stuff we wanted, wasnt available. . All the way down to cherry coke. They were out. We were on a long drive, and so this was just a quick stop for us, but I don't think we'll be back when we come through there again.

The buns were very dry. For the money we are paying for good, we should be able to get it fresh or at least not completely dried out.

Minimum ten minutes in the line everytime, 80% of the time orders messed up and fries are always cold🙄

Sat in the drive through for 20 min, was told "gimme a min 😒 " never heard a thing. Had 4 cars behind me. Whoever is in charge should get a new job. Eventually we just drove off. Apparently, they are not in the business of wanting customers or money. Why give them business. Especially if they don't care at all. Message to owners: just sell it. You need a better team or maybe the place needs better ownership.

Bathroom was not well kept. Guy behind me made a point to point out the paper towel dispenser was out, and the look on the employees face was pure annoyance. Seemed like it had been not working and they were aware yet refused to do anything about it. food was okay but im not usually a fan of Hardee's anyways.
they left our frisco sandwiches raw. i appreciate they want to take them and fix them but it just ruined my appetite trying to eat these raw ass sourdough sandwiches,so i'm not gonna waste time and go run back for something that isn't even rocket science. next time i'm definitely going to ask them to actually toast their sandwiches which i shouldn't have to ask them to cook my food right.

Food is good. Service is a bit lacking. Overall, thus place needs help. It's run down and tired. The shingles needed replacing like 10 years ago....and we still have little fake Christmas trees as the decoration by the doors.
I ordered an original roast beef sandwich. Was not offered any barbecue sauce or horseradish for it. My mom and I sat down to eat and the curly fries were cold and gross. There were big chunks of fried pieces in with the fries. I took them to the front and was given more fries that were almost as bad as the first ones. And no apology was given when I asked for fries that were fresh. My mom’s Swiss and mushroom sandwich was very salty. I won’t be coming here ever again!!
