Burritos are consistently cold in the middle I’ve bought from them for three years now and they cannot get the heat in a burrito to be the same in all sections of it. Terrible food terrible breakfast

Been here 3 times everyime order was messed up almost like they just gave what they wanted not what I order then when I went back in to get my correct order they treated like I was lying about what I ordered

I have been going to Mcdonalds Friday-Sunday for their breakfast for a long time and have almost never had any problems at any other location, but this location had the worst service I have ever had. 3 times in a row, they served me a mcgriddle that was so horribly undercooked/spoiled that it wasn't even edible or probably safe to even eat. The taste was extremely off and the smell of raw eggs made me gag and I politely told the lady working there who I assume is the manager about this and without even investigating it or looking at it denied anything being wrong and said thats how its supposed to smell/taste but she gave me a refund. Second time the same thing happened but she got aggressive and rude with me and said that there was nothing wrong and she refused to give me a refund. I came back a 3rd time and the same thing happened, but this time I didn't even ask for a refund, I just left. I then drove to a different mcdonalds to try their mcgriddle and it was just as it was supposed to be. I now have to drive twice as far just to get my favorite breakfast all because this McDonald's doesn't care about service or customer complaints.
