“You know I appreciate this McDonald's because they actually do things right it seems as if their management is focused on the customer and their satisfaction overall. The problem I have with this place is the quality is always a little iffy especially when it comes to ordering they always want to put something in a bag instead of putting it in a bag instead.on a tray, even when you say you want to dine in. Also there tends to be a lot of distraction as well like having to wait at the counter until somebody actually comes over to help you because it seems like drive-thru trumps counter customers.. they also need to work on their ketchup scenario their machine is always broken and you always have to ask for packets and it seems like you bother the employee when you request something that's not being paid for. The other problem I'm having is that there seemed to be a lack of English speakers at that location so the communication is broken.”

“I love subway food! I believe that the Blue Earth location could update their bathroom! If a customer can see a bathroom that is in disrepair what does the restaurant look like that the customer can’t see!”

“Dairy Queen in Blue Earth MN has very friendly staff, excellent food and service. I will eat at Dairy Queen in Blue Earth over the McDonalds there. The McDonalds asks you to pull forward in the DriveThru even when no one is behind you. And you sit there forever.
