Ok, I haven't been to this place in a long while. Thru have new owners I found out, so we decided to give one more try. Our least experience wasn't good to say the least. I am pleasantly surprised! We absolutely enjoyed ourselves this time. Excellent food. I had the old 16 burger and homemade chips. My wife had the regular cheese burger and chips. We also got an appetizer of onion rings. Average Jo's is a typical sports bar with good food, service, and drinks.The place is clean including the bathrooms.The menu has typical bar food. The food is prepared correctly and tasted good. Much of the menu is either flat top grilled or oil fried.Beverages are good with a decent bloody mary.
