I recently ordered a double bacon cheeseburger for over $9 and expected a good burger, but I was disappointed. The lady who took my order was upbeat and friendly, but the woman at the window was a complete contrast. She sounded angry and looked ticked off, didn't bother to greet, just asked if I had the burger and wanted payment. I greeted her and said thank you, but it was clear she wasn't interested in any kind of customer interaction.
I could already tell based on the lack of basic courtesy, that the food was going to be bad because if they can't even be bothered to greet you then they definitely don't care about the food they serve you.
I opened up the burger on the way home and it was a sloppy mess. There was a huge glob of mayo off to the side falling off the burger and the lettuce was wilted and all over the place. The taste didn't make up for appearance either.
I'm only giving two stars because the lady who took my order was friendly, everything else was a zero.

Eh... I love A&W, and I've been to a few around the Midwest. But this one was a little mediocre. It didn't have the little boxes on the tables. It was small. The service was lacking. The prices have gone up just like everywhere else. And the root beer tasted different than in times past, though maybe that was my taste buds playing tricks on me. You know how that goes. Overall I just wasn't impressed. Nothing major -- I'd still go here if I were in the mood -- it just wasn't as good as other A&Ws I've been to.

I run thru here for their 99 cent cones and they are huge! The chocolate machine was down but it was still a really good treat! Friendly server and quick! Really good food.

Everything was good except a couple of the employees who need to be socially aware of their surroundings. The conversations and the language carries out into the dinning room for all the customers to hear. Secondly they shouldn’t be balling up paper and throwing it around at each other. Too many kids and no adults to supervise. It’s not a high school cafeteria. It’s a work place and should be treated as such.
Food was good, the worker was nice considering they were very busy, but all of the tables were dirty/sticky, and I think part of that is because they fill the root beer mugs to the brim, so it spills over the side as they carry the mug. Just fill it lower, no one is getting screwed over by filling it to a reasonable level; that's why the mug is so big - to allow for empty space.

Service was good and quick and food was fresh. Family said burgers were good especially the spicy one. Fries and onion rings were fresh, hot and good. Chicken sliders were not the best. Very little flavor and fatty. $60 to spend a family of 6. Restaurant was clean.
