Eh... I love A&W, and I've been to a few around the Midwest. But this one was a little mediocre. It didn't have the little boxes on the tables. It was small. The service was lacking. The prices have gone up just like everywhere else. And the root beer tasted different than in times past, though maybe that was my taste buds playing tricks on me. You know how that goes. Overall I just wasn't impressed. Nothing major -- I'd still go here if I were in the mood...
Everything was good except a couple of the employees who need to be socially aware of their surroundings. The conversations and the language carries out into the dinning room for all the customers to hear. Secondly they shouldn’t be balling up paper and throwing it around at each other. Too many kids and no adults to supervise. It’s not a high school cafeteria. It’s a work place and should be treated as such.
Food was good, the worker was nice considering they were very busy, but all of the tables were dirty/sticky, and I think part of that is because they fill the root beer mugs to the brim, so it spills over the side as they carry the mug.
Just fill it lower, no one is getting screwed over by filling it to a reasonable level; that's why the mug is so big - to allow for empty space.
