Great bakery with some of the best classic donuts and delicious bread too. They paired up with Elmaro Winery a couple years ago and it was a heavenly combo wine and donuts a girls dream haha.

Was in town visiting family, stopped on my way home to pick up some goodies for home. The price was expensive for donuts that aren't filled. I purchased an assorted dozen. The gal assisting me was fairly new as she didn't seem to know what box to choose. She said what I ordered wouldn't fit in one box and I'd be charged for another box. Another employee was assembling boxes and told her that was not correct but didn't offer to assist her. I waited quite a while for her to switch everything to a different box.Dietary restrictions: There is no info showing they use organic ingredients which is something I'd like to see in the future.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessibility. There are stairs going into the front door. There is a side window but it says it's for pick up only and is pretty high for someone in a wheelchair in my opinion.

Though this place isn’t as good as other locals who blatantly worship it say it is, there is simply no denying that they simply have the best donuts. I’ve traveled far and wide, and I am convinced that there isn’t a better donut out there, and that Bloedow’s has successfully reached the upper limit of how good a donut is capable of being. Although I did say that they were overrated by locals, that’s on the locals, as Bloedow’s has figured out what the perfect donut is and they sell it, and that’s all you could ever ask of a donut shop.
Best donuts I've ever had. People in this area say how good Linda's Bakery in West Salem are. Linda's donuts are like day old donuts compared to these. They're better than French bakeries too. Hands down amazing, melt in your mouth deliciousness. Maple long John, glazers, glazed cinnamon rolls. It's hard to be disappointed at this place.

Bloedows bakery is by far the best bakery I've ever eaten at.. I've lived in 8 states and traveled many more. The chocolate cake and the maple long johns are my favorite. The homemade frosting melts in your mouth .. My mouth has an orgasm everytime I have one . ? % the best around. Unbeatable

This little place had people rate Bloedow's against the Krispy Kream line of baked goods and LOST! Every time I drive by there are ppl lined down the sidewalk waiting for it to open till it closes for the day. Bloedows also delivers their precious baked goods to the gas stations around Winona for ppl to select from with their coffee/refills with discounts on baked goods after 4 p.m.
