I love this place and I come here all the time to study. I felt so bad I had to ask the barista to remake my coffee and they were so kind about it and make a new coffee that tasted perfect. The staff is just too kind!

Loyal customer for YEARS now. Absolutely my favorite coffee shop in town, followed closely by the other BG. The express has the nicest employees ever and it's always nice to see their kind faces.
This place is hands down the best within 100miles; better than any big chain easily.

Fast, friendly, delicious service! I had a mocha with a caprese baguette. It was so good I wasn't able to take a picture - it was gone too fast. :-)

We had two fall specials - the Blondie Thai & the pumpkin pie latte - so good! The Thai is espresso & sweetened condensed milk.. do yourself a favor and try it! All the baristas were super kind and helpful with questions :) also recommend the breakfast sandwich!

I tried the loaded avocado toast this morning. Was absolutely delicious and very friendly service.

I made an order on their website and was asked to wait for 25 minutes. When I arrived, they were not aware of my order and it was not ready yet.

Stopped here on our way out of town from a weekend Winona getaway over the 4th of July. Service was quick, inside is clean and has a lot of seating options. Looks like there is a drive thru if you need coffee even quicker, but we ate inside. There is an outdoor patio it looks like, but it was raining when we came. Highly recommend the avocado toast with EVERYTHING on it - delicious. We had one of the special white chocolate macadamia lattes which was good as well. My husband got the “hangover” bagel and regrets not getting one with less toppings as it was difficult to eat without making a mess, but he does recommend still adding the spicy feta if you choose a different version of the bagel.

I came in here on my break and I got an Italian panni and I asked for no mayo and I got my order and there was mayo on it. I wasn’t able to eat it. Well I couldn’t make in back because I went into work and they were closed so I came in the next day told them about they issue and still charged me. I feel bad because they were busy. But it would be cool if I could get refunded for both orders. I felt like l was wasnt listen to. The second sandwhich was amazing. I probably wouldn’t come back because they seem to care about money more than customers.
