Our server was great, very friendly and kind. We ordered our food to go. Took an extremely long time. We all ordered burgers that were burnt and tasted terrible. We could barely even bite into them they were so hard. Fried pickles were also burnt and flavorless ( unless you count burnt as a flavor). The only thing edible were the fries. Definitely would not recommend this place for food. $70 for 3 burgers and an app that were all burnt was absolutely ridiculous.

When she finally came back and asked if we needed anything else it was at least 15 minutes after. When our friend complained and said they did not want to pay for the food our server scowled, walked away, and never came back. She was out folding silverware nd serving other tables the entire 15 minutes. One of our group finally went up and explained the situation to the bartender who came right out to talk with us. There was no manager available to speak with, but the head cook did waive my friend's meal. The bartender who took care of us was absolutely amazing 👏 She got the servers tip. I likely won't be back even though my favorite nachos are here. Sad day. Ava was the name of our server. Shout out to bartender Lauren, for providing amazing customer service in light of the situation 👌 That young lady got the tip and needs a raise.

Don’t even know where to begin. The absolute WORST waitstaff I’ve ever experienced. Ava is her name. One of my companions received a subpar meal; he expressed his disappointment with his meal; while acknowledging it wasn’t the servers fault. Ava promptly left our table never to return, even when we attempted to flag her down to order more drinks. I had to go to the bar to request all of our bills since Ava opted to completely ignore our table.
That being said; Lauren; the bartender; was very apologetic and helpful. She brought our bills to our table, zeroed out the tab for our friend’s disappointing meal and took his phone number so the manager can call him. Kudos to Lauren!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Ava needs to find her happiness somewhere other than customer service… her attitude was appalling.

The worst server I have ever experienced. Food came out for all but 1 in our party. Took another 10 minutes to get his. His food was so overcooked he couldn't eat it. Our waitress, Ava, never came back to check on our food or if we needed anything else. We did notice her attentiveness to a neighboring table but couldn't get her attention. When we finally got her attention and the individual expressed their dismay regarding the food, she didn't say a word, walked away and never came back! 10 minutes later, the bartender, Lauren, was approached. Lauren handled the entire situation very professionally, and was very appreciated. Needless to say, there was no tip for Ava.

We were a group of 5 planning a trip. Our waitress, Ava, was probably the absolute worst server I have ever experienced. 4 of us received our food but the 5th person did not. It was probably 10 minutes before he got his, and by then we were half done eating.
When his food finally arrived, his Cajun cheese curds were almost dried up, they were that overcooked. She told us that they made the wrong cheese curds first. You know that sandwich he ordered was sitting under a heat lamp the entire time they made the new curds. After she delivered his food, she purposely avoided our table. She never came back to ask how our food was or if we wanted anything else. 3 of the 5 wanted another beverage but we couldn't get her attention. The neighboring table saw her at least 4 times since we received our food.
We finally got her attention and when the person with the bad food complained, he didn't even eat 1/4 of his sandwich and maybe 3 of the curds, she didn't say a word. She scowled, turned away, and never came back. We waited another 10 minutes until one of us went to the bartender to inquire about our bills.
The bartender, Lauren, came and talked with us, got us our bills, and discussed the situation. I can't say enough good things about Lauren and how well she handled the situation. We all tipped Lauren.
Unfortunately, we won't be back and we're all locals.

We stayed at the attached hotel and ate at Brewskis each night of our stay. It was so convenient and the food was that good. Small menu, but plenty of options of bar style food options. Favorites were the bisson burger, all meats pizza, pulled pork nachos, and the salads.
