Absolutely the worst service I have had almost anywhere I have been. We ordered and 4 of the 5 of us got our food, we only got silverware for 3, the last person's took an additional amount of time (at least 10 minutes) even though it was said it was just about done. Our friend's meal came out and our server said they made the wrong curds the first time, the sandwich seemed to be sitting and waiting new curds, so it wasn't anything but warm and the chicken in it...
We stayed at the attached hotel and ate at Brewskis each night of our stay. It was so convenient and the food was that good. Small menu, but plenty of options of bar style food options. Favorites were the bisson burger, all meats pizza, pulled pork nachos, and the salads.
New waitress and a bad cook = poor service, and the worst burger I've ever had. I have no idea how a cook could burn the toasted bun, hamburger, put a few black burnt sautéed onion, and way over cooked bacon, not even the thicker type on the menu and ruin the southwest burger. The waitress never came back to check on our food, and the staff were all too busy talking with each other to be flagged down for help. We were charged regular price for are happy hour beers. When...
