Every time I visit this Burger King, Marvin delivers outstanding customer service. Over the past three months, I’ve come here several times, and I’ve been fortunate enough to be helped by him on multiple occasions. He consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest feel valued.
Even though I don’t know him personally, he always greets me with genuine appreciation and positive energy. He takes the time to have a real conversation, answers any questions I have about the menu, and makes the ordering process quick, easy, and effortless.
Marvin is incredibly efficient, attentive, and detail-oriented. Because of his professionalism and the way he treats customers, this location has become my favorite fast-food place to visit. I always know I’m going to receive exceptional service whenever he’s working.
Marvin truly represents the gold standard of customer service.

I took my grandson to this location today as he applied for a job and scheduled an interview. We were early so I decided to use the drive thru and order food. I was in the second lane and no one acknowledged us. I drove around the building and used the first lane this time. Again, no response. So I went inside. It took over five minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. They saw me, but said nothing. There were only 3 employees working so they were severely understaffed, but they could have at minimum said hello and I'll be with you as soon as possible. I finally ordered and was going to eat inside and changed my mind as every single table was dirty. No one apologized, or attempted to explain they were having issues. To top it all off my grandson walked in at the designated time for his interview only to be told the lady who was to interview him had already left. No text or call asking to re-schedule, just ghosted. Apparently they need the help you'd think someone would have stayed to complete the interview. I will not revisit this restaurant. Horrible service. Food was decent though. Atmosphere sucked!!!!

Moldy food given to customers!!!
Walked into BK to order and before we even ordered, a lady took their tray back up to complain of the food. The lady was given a refund and stated that the food she received was ridiculous. Walked up to the lady and asked what was wrong with the food, she said they ordered 2 burgers and both had mold on them. Walked out after hearing this and Definitely will not stop here again!

I have never had a good experience here. I keep giving it a try with months between because I enjoy Burger king in general. This location never gets everything right. Either the order is wrong, you wait for extended periods of time in the drive thru or the food is luke warm at best.

Thought I would go through the drive through this morning. What a bad experience. First I was over charge for my meal. Then I didn’t get the correct change. When I received my food that was wrong as well. When I finally got my correct food it was terrible.
