This place was listed online as not expensive, and my family was on town for my son's birthday, and he wanted past. We usually like cheap and simple. We NEVER thought we would be finding this absolute diamond... the food, people, and atmosphere were amazing. Clean bathrooms and the alfredo was probably the best I've ever had... 10/10.

Very nice Italian cafe with homemade breads and desserts available daily. The make a great espresso and the Italian wedding soup is great! I recommend the ham and cheese croissants which are definitely a meal in themselves.

Cheesecake Mascarpone is wonderfully light and has deep cheesecake flavor all at the same time. 10 out of 10

I’ve been to this place 9 times and it’s pretty bad. The Minestrone soup tasted like water, the Caesar and Greek salads were underdressed and lacking toppings, I tried 3 pastas and they were all disappointing. They messed up our order 7 out of the 9 times but the workers look like they’re trying to explode you with their minds so you never really wanna ask for help. They’re also usually out of stuff, I’d recommend having some backup options after your first choice. Too expensive for the food and service. Atmosphere is beautiful though, bread and coffee were good too.

One of my favorite restaurants in town. Interesting menu items and good prices. Their coffee is terrific! And their sourdough! It's a nice place to sit and chat with friends.

Never fail, always beautiful peaceful dining room overlooking the gorgeous architecture of the bank. Perfect latte (with simple beautiful foam art) and delicious breakfast sandwich on a freshly-baked croissant.

Best Italian restaurant this side of the Twin Cities. The young owner is a great chef who spent time in Italy and Sicily learning baking and pasta. Don't hesitate to come to Sapori, you won't be disappointed, promise!

A favorite of mine in Winona. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Pasta, subs, pizza, dessert. Something for anyone. Since they've started the pizzas I've been eating that. They will let you add toppings and I love a good sausage and mushroom. It even makes for great leftovers.

They offer the best breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast) in Winona, and their coffee (Americano) is amazing.
