The 'bou crew at the Winona store outshine every other Caribou I've been to...and that's many! Great drinks and food options (dark hot chocolate is my go-to drink!) get me in the store, but the fantastic and friendly crew keep me coming back.

I absolutely love this location. Staff is always friendly and kind. They are always pleasant and quick to get orders out. I have been going to this location since they opened and only had 1 order that was wrong. The consistency and quality in service keeps me coming back.

Gal took order and others got theirs b4 ours. The gal that took my order checked and asked me if I had gotten order. Informed her no. She got someone on it and got my drinks and 2 cards when I come in I'll get some off. Drinks were worth the wait. Thanks
